General Policies
- We normally ship within 2 days, except for lighting fixtures which are usually shipped within 2 weeks.
- Bulbs are not included with lighting fixtures unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping charges are for the continental United States only. Please call or email us for shipping charges outside the continental United States.

Return Policies
You need to call us within 3 days if you should encounter any problems with our products. Any unauthorized returns will be refused by our receiving department. A restocking on authorized returns will be charged at 25% of order amount.
